Vivianne Tran – Hair & Makeup Artist Loreal Paris video

Had the pleasure of filming Vivianne for her Loreal Paris entry.  I have worked alongside Vivianne for corporate video productions as wel as weddings, she is amazing at what she does and really easy going too.

Based in Melbourne, Vivianne travels throughout Australia to work on runway shows, editorial and commercial photo shoots, designer look books, film sets and corporate functions.

She is as comfortable in a studio as she is on location producing everything from special effects to haute couture and fresh flawless creations.

Vivianne has her eye on the international stage with plans to work as a director for hair at fashion shows in Milan, New York, Tokyo, Paris and Singapore.

To date Vivianne’s work has been featured in the prestigious New York Element Magazine, Australian Women Health, Gold Coast Wedding Magazine, Women’s Day, Women’s Weelky, Culture Magazine, the front cover of the German cake magazine, Tweed Coast Weekly Newspapper, Maggie Zuckier and Queensland’s highest circulating newspaper, the Sunday Mail.

Fashion labels Lorna Jane, Black Milk, Princess Polly, George Wu, Tovah, Savva Argyrou and firms Bank of Queensland, Pacific Magazine, Telstra and BMA are just a snapshot of the calibre of companies she has worked with.

Collaborating with respected photographers such as George Favios, Chris Fastseas, Christian Aas, Geoff Francis, Justin Ma and Nadia Masot, Paul Christey, Vivianne has completed the hair and make-up on models including Claire Ralston (face of Mercedes Benz Fashion 2011) , Anthea Maree Page (established cover model), Rachel Hammett (runway model) and Sarah Mathew (international model).

When on location, Vivianne’s work is swift and thorough to make sure she is on time, meets the brief and makes the client happy.

Nothing was impossible to achieve on the set of horror film 26 Bullets Dead, Australian web TV series The Verge and indie movie AKIVA.

Vivianne’s professional attitude, vibrant personality and natural creative flair have earned her a trusted reputation.

She believes ” the way you look influences the way you feel, the way you feel influences everything”.

When it comes to inspiration, Vivianne looks to Lady Gaga, Alexander Mc Queen, Vivienne Westwood and Miranda Kerr.

Her style reaches across the full spectrum from natural beauty, to edgy, funky and avant garde.

Vivianne is always looking for new muses, when she is not working she is going to training, reviewing new trends and trialling new looks.
